Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nomsy Luxury Apartments, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to make your booking experience as flexible and transparent as possible while maintaining fair booking management for all guests. Please review our detailed cancellation guidelines below:

  • ✅ Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date and receive a 100% full refund of the booking amount.
  • ⚠️ Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount as a late cancellation fee.
  • 🚫 No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee, and no refund will be issued.
  • ⏳ Early Check-Outs: If you need to shorten your stay, a partial refund for unused nights may be provided if notified at least 24 hours in advance of the new check-out date.
  • 💳 Refund Method: All refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method used during booking (Bank Transfer, Cheque, Online Payment). Cash refunds are only available for payments made in cash at our Reception Desk.
